How this site handles your data.

What this site collects. Anonymous visit statistics only. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count page views, where visits come from (such as a search engine or a link), country, language, device type and whether a form was sent. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and cannot identify you or follow you across other sites. There is no advertising or social tracking pixel. The energy budget calculator runs entirely in your browser: the figures you enter are never sent to us or to anyone else.

If you write to us. When you email the address above or send us a message through the contact form on this site, we process the personal data in that message — typically your name, company, email, phone and the technical details of your project — in order to answer you and, if it goes further, to evaluate and run a commercial relationship. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and the performance of a contract or its preliminary steps (LGPD Art. 7, IX and V; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and (b)).

Document downloads. To download a datasheet or a white paper you fill in a short form with your name, email, company, job title and main interest. Those details are recorded in our customer relationship system (a CRM operated by Antiwire and hosted on Amazon Web Services), a copy is emailed to our team and a confirmation is emailed to you; we use them to send you the document and to follow up on your interest. Your browser keeps a copy so you do not have to type them again; you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Sharing and transfer. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. It is accessible to our own engineering and commercial teams and to the providers that host our customer relationship system and carry our email (Amazon Web Services and Google). Because we operate in Brazil, North America and Europe, data may be processed in those regions under the transfer mechanisms the applicable law provides.

Retention. Enquiries are kept while the commercial relationship or its evaluation is live, and afterwards only as long as a legal, tax or defence-of-rights obligation requires.

Your rights. Confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis. Write to the address above and we will respond within the statutory period. In Brazil you may also complain to the ANPD; in the EEA or the United Kingdom, to your national supervisory authority.

Children. This is a business-to-business engineering site and is not directed at children.

This site sets no cookies. It uses one entry in your browser's local storage, holding only your language choice (EN or PT), so that the page opens in the language you picked last time. It contains no identifier, it is readable only by this site in this browser, and it never reaches us.

Clearing your site data removes it, after which the page falls back to your browser's own language setting. Because the visit statistics use no cookies and identify no one, and nothing here is used for advertising or profiling, there is no consent banner to click through.

Videos. The video on the About page is embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The player is loaded from YouTube when that part of the page is shown, and from the moment you press play YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

The only external resource this page loads is the Saira typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser's request for the font file reaches Google and is governed by their policies; everything else on this page — styles, scripts, diagrams and images — is served inline from the page itself.

This page is information, not an offer. Nothing on it constitutes a specification, a warranty or a binding offer. KIWI ONE® is described at advance-information status: parameters are preliminary design targets based on engineering estimates and on validation of the underlying harvesting architecture in deployed products, they have not all been characterised on qualified silicon, and they are subject to change without notice.

Power available at the load depends on the installation. KIWI ONE® must be evaluated as part of a complete system comprising the load, the firmware, the storage element and the available energy source. The energy budget calculator on this page is a sizing aid that applies published design targets to the numbers you type; it is not a substitute for laboratory validation, field testing or final production documentation, and we will not be liable for a design decision taken on its output alone.

Reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering or unauthorised use is prohibited except with our express authorisation. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rule of your own place of residence.
